How do I return an item?

We are committed to providing you with great customer service and making a return as easy as possible. That is our promise to our Customers!

In case, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a refund or a store credit. Items received as a gift may be returned for a store credit.

Trebor Style will accept returns in all categories with the exception of “Final Sale” items, unless item is found to be faulty.

All items returned for a store credit or refund must be unused and must have all original tags intact.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

Making a return or exchange is easy using your personal account on the Trebor Style web site. Please make sure you receive your return merchandize authorization number (RMA) within 10 days of receiving your order (excluding Holidays).

Receiving Your RMA

  1. Sign into your account and on your account page select “Create a Return”. (If you received an item as a gift, you must first create an account.)
  2. Fill in the “Return Request Form” completely. Your name and address must match what we have on file for your account and/or credit card. List the items, with SKUA#, that you wish to return and describe the reason why you want to send your item(s) back. If an item is faulty, please provide details why.
  3. Select how you would like to be credited. This needs to match the original credit card used, unless the item was received as a gift or you are requesting a store credit. Items received as a gift will only be issued a store credit. Please note, store credit is valid for one year from issue date.
  4. Check the box to agree with our Returns Policies. Once completed we suggest you print a copy for your records.
  5. You will receive by email an RMA number, in most cases within 48 hours, which is valid for 7 days. Please print the return authorization form and include it in the box with your shipment. We suggest you also keep a copy for your records.

RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE

  1. You may return the items to us by any secure means at your expense. We prefer that items are returned to us using UPS or FEDEX to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit.
  2. Please insure the package for the full value listed on the invoice. Trebor Style will not be liable for any items lost or damaged in return shipping to us.

  4. Please be sure to clearly print the RMA number on the outside of the box and include the return form in the box with the items.
  5. Please allow 2-3 weeks for returns processing through our facility. You will be notified by email once your return has been received, approved and processed.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange an item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return it for a store credit or refund and purchase the new item separately.

RECEIVING A REFUND

Your refund will either be credited to the original credit card used or corresponding account with Trebor Style. Shipping charges are not refundable when crediting a credit card (with the exception of faulty items).

Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on the processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.

If you order has been sent to a destination within Florida, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the United States, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately by email atservice@treborstyle.com.
  • If you want to return an item(s) you must obtain an RMA within 10 days of receiving your order. Go online to TreborStyle.com and fill out the “Return Authorization Form”. Once you receive your RMA number, include a copy of the return form in your shipment and clearly print the RMA number on the outside of the box. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
  • Items should be returned within 7 days of receiving the RMA.
  • Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Jewelry boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.
  • Items should be returned insured for the full value stated on the invoice.
  • Our address for all returns is: Trebor Style, 7093 S. Tamiami Trail, Sarasota, FL 34231 and we request that you contact us in relation to and before returning any items.
  • Please note that we may not accept liability for goods that are not returned via UPS or FEDEX and for any additional charges incurred by not using these specified couriers.
  • OUR POLICY – Items should be returned new, unused and with all Trebor Style and designer tags still attached and intact. Items returned without the tags attached will be returned to the customer. Returns that are damaged, soiled, stained or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
  • Where provided, any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, leather tags, jewelry bags and/or boxes should be included with your return.

EXCLUSIONS

Unfortunately we are unable to offer returns for items purchased “On Sale” and designated as “Final Sale”.

LATE RETURNS

A RMA number should be requested with 10 days of receiving your order. You should then return the item(s) within 7 days of receiving the RMA. Returns outside of these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of Trebor Style and may only be refunded as a store credit. Please note that RMA numbers requested more than 10 days after receipt of you order will also be granted at our discretion.

FAULTY GOODS

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs with 6 months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Where possible, we will offer to repair the faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced with a like item of quality and value.

COLORS

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on TreborStyle.com. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.

TreborStyle.com specializes in handmade items from natural products and no two items are guaranteed to be identical. Colors and size will vary in each item. This is inherent, and the beauty of, a hand crafted item made with natural stones, pearls, and products.
